The baseball cap should be adjustable so it's wearable.
Adjustable cloth strap not a plastic one that digs into skin for us bald guys.

I'd buy. I don't wear hats with plastic or foam, though.

OK, regarding the working size of 3"x2" for a patch, that means that the round logo can only be a 2" circle - max - maybe less. Not ideal.
You're working with a rectangle and the logo is a circle.

The only thing I could think to do is use the state silhouette with crossed rifles and place "pafoa.org" or www.pafoa.org under it.
Not sure how it would look with "Pennsylvania Firearm" above and "Owner's Association" below. (leaving the "circle" out entirely, obviously)

All of my graphic design software is on my Mac - which is dead, or I'd whip up some ideas.
I do have the logo file that Dan provided me when I got the OK to have the chamber flags printed - I just can't really DO anything with it without my computer.


Anyway, I just thought I'd throw that out there. I wanted to do it via PM, but my inbox is near full, and this was just easier.
I can tell you from experience that its good to get input from people, but do not try to make everyone happy, because you can't - everyone has their own ideas - some are great, and some suck, and ultimately, you can't give everyone what they want.
Get a design worked up - get it approved for use by Dan, and say "Here it is!" People will want it or they won't. (and some will be all pissy because you didn't use their idea. LOL)

BTW, the font used for the text in the logo is called "Eurostyle".

I learned this from the group shoots. You'll never make everyone here happy. You just have to make a plan and stick with it.

The great thing is it's a hat/patch. If you don't like the hat, you could always put the patch on something else. I will buy the hat, but odds are I'm going to keep wearing my Fedora and put the patch somewhere else visible.

Another option is we just supply the patches, and you get the hat color of your choice on your own. That hat comes in all the colors you "no's" want.

The idea was to be able to ID each other. The patch alone may do that.

I like the patch idea. I have more than a couple hats with velco. Patch or hat I am in.
