    Absolutely right! That is why the law that gave NRA and other pro-gun groups the standing needed to sue against such laws was shot down by PA's highest court a few years ago.

    I didn't say sue the city. I mean publicly call them out in a big way to put them on notice that they're ordinance is not enforceable. Throw it back in his face instead of sitting on our hands.

    No it was shot down because the useless party passed it incorrectly. The law never had a chance. It was a publicity stunt IMO.
