Exactly. Unknown to high levels can happen quickly. Remember and unknown community organizer who became a relativley unknown Illinois state senator. Then jumps to a one term US senator in 2005, and bam, within 4 years he's POTUS.

Ocasio-Cortez went from nobody, helping a bit the Bernie's campaign, directly to a US Representative. I fear a Democrat presidential candidate might welcome her as a running mate. Stranger things have happened. Like a billionaire businessman with zero political background being elected POTUS.
