How about we work towards expanding rights, instead of limiting them?

This sends a good message, every time responsible people are seen carrying a firearm, and no carnage results. It would send an even better message if someday a Democrat is caught with a concealed gun in their state house.

Been done befo, about 4 years ago. Not quite in the PA state house but close. Note the party affiliation of the two legiscritters.
