Re: Allegheny County DA warns Pittsburgh council could face charges over gun restrict
Exactly. If they'd played dumb, then it's an "aw, schucks- did we do that?"
But putting it out the way they have, there's no way it isn't a willful criminal act.

Re: Allegheny County DA warns Pittsburgh council could face charges over gun restrict
Could it be this?
Apparently The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court struck down Act 192
http://www.politicspa.com/commonweal...act-192/67263/
scroll down to bottom of page Act 192 is referenced. Maybe Mayor Potato head had this all explained to him by a lawyer hence is arrogance?
https://law.justia.com/codes/pennsyl.../section-6120/
How does Act 192 affect section 6120? I have no idea I'm not a lawyer, but wee need to find out.

Looks like they want the big showdown. The end game is to get rid of preemption, so this is the shit storm they will stir to put it over the line.

Some rep should push a statewide law barring anyone convicted of an M1 or higher from holding public office, with conviction being an immediately impeachable offense.
Because seriously, if you can't vote or own a gun, how can you be expected to honestly represent your constituency?

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
