And then we are forced to spend large amounts of money some of us don’t have, just to defend ourselves from an illegal law?Nope. These fucks need to be charged ....Not us !
Oh and who says they will even recognize the illegality of it ? They may go along with the good ol boys - watching each other’s backs

Im sure you will have to spend some money and be subject to court etc..
In the end, you will get your money back and then some, but the taxpayers are the real losers.

It is nice that the DA wrote the letter but this quote really rubs me wrong:

“While I certainly see the desire for such type of legislation at the state and federal levels, I believe that city council does not have the authority to pass such legislation,”

This basically says: "Don't do it this way idiots... do it THIS way"

How's this for a hypothetical time line:

Michael Bloomturd buys the PA AG office
Kane finds a way to get rid of most of the PA Supreme Court
Bloomturd buys an overwhelming majority of the PA Supreme Court
PA Gov & AG are still wholly owned subsidiaries of Bloomturd
Pittsburgh promotes illegal local ordinances, likely in cahoots with Gov & AG
    Lawsuit(s) filed against Pittsburgh
Above fast tracked up judicial ladder to PA Supremes

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Buy more ammo.

Something that is now illegal, such as tar and feather, Run out of town on a rail, or lynching. While I'm sure some of us would love to do that, we won't since i't not legal, and as good citizens we won't break the law, unlike the elected officials.
