Thanks for posting. I have always believed that when it came down to it, soldiers and law enforcement follow orders. When faced with the details of their given orders, their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution are going to be a distant abstraction and they will have been preconditioned to think that they are defending the Constitution in any case. This is the sort of video I thought we'd have seen in 2008. The fact that this scenario has been contemplated and trained for as far back as 1998 is disquieting.

Notice the unquestioning cooperation of the local law enforcement officers, that and he end of the video are just as disquieting as the exercise itself.

Is there any source verification for this video? If fake, someone went to a hell of a lot of trouble to do it.

I didn't see anything in that first video that confirmed that the training was about "gun confiscation".

I think the person posting it on Youtube was likely making the suggestion to support his own thoughts that it was.
