    Default I bought a Taurus G2C

And I'm very excited about it. I ordered it from Brownells and I'm waiting on my FFL to call me so I can go pick it up. I've had about a year of youtube channels telling me it's a great gun, finally held one and loved it. Who has one of these and what has your experience been with it?

I picked up a practically New G2C from Marine Division Two But haven't had the opportunity of dispatching a few rounds yet but I'm sure he'll give you the run down 🤠 feels comfortable in my fat paws.

It's a pretty damn good pistol and it should serve you fine.

I had the G2 and loved the size/ capacity/ ergos... just wish there was an aftermarket trigger kit for it or with the G2C they improved the trigger

We still own the Taurus G2C,No FTFs or FTEs,accurate, double strike capacity and they comes with two 12 round mags.As always I recommend cleaning ALL NEW GUNs ! This is probably the # 1 reason that an issue can occur. The New G2C that replaced the Millenium have went far and beyond making the gun a functioning and trouble free firearm. Congrats on your new handgun !

I'm no taurus fan, but I did get an 809 on clearance last spring and have put 1200 rounds or so through it without issue.

I do think the proper course of action is to shoot the piss out of them before deciding whether its good or not.

Nothing but positive things to say. The trigger reset is unreal. Literally micrometers before it resets. Ergos are great.Accurate. Will shoot anything you feed it AND SIG 226 mags fit, feed and function flawlessly if you want to up the capacity. Grip spacers are available on eBay for like $8. Congratulations.

Is the first pull of the trigger still as long as the original or did they improve that? That was literally my only complaint - the form factor, capacity, price, reliability of my G2 was awesome. Put approx 1100 rds through mine, would eat steel cased ammo no problem too...

If I remembered correctly they have cleaned the trigger up some from the previous models.
