I usually try and get there around 8-8:30. I've got two riders so far, so we'll see what time I get everyone rolling.

then base meet up times off that.

Someone should let them know we're coming this year.


Last year I was the first one there (about half an hour early) and none of the staff knew a group was coming in. They handled us well though.

I had never been there and asked for the "back room". I was expecting a separate banquet room, no...it was just down a step.
