Actually, it needs more room to get back up.

ETA: Ok, I had to look it up because the airports I use are all more than big enough and I don't need to info but 1500' should cover me.

I'm thinking of skipping the indoors myself and if it rains I can always tote my Hi-Point carbine.
I'm also thinking about hanging with the cool kids outside.

Hey. is that carbine for sale?

so was just in a FB discussion regarding the new registrations bill from the Dems and it turned into a discussion about attending the rally. My own rep is planning on attending, so that makes it easy in that I don't have to contact him. He already knows, supports the rally and plans on attending!

I could get you 1500', but the trees at each and the pond in the middle might make it more like an Indiana Jones movie!

What we do have is a paved Airport only about a mile away: Lat 40.0240, Long -76.8154. I would be happy to pick you up and you can ride to Harrisburg with me!

Maybe he could put pontoons on the plane and do laps around the pond.

That's enough positive votes, lets do a get together afterwards at the farm for any PAFOA folks that would like to attend!

I'll begin a thread with the pertinent info so as not to mix it in with the more important rally thread. I'll try and come up with a way to provide everyone with an address, directions, and my cell phone number, without leaving it on the interweb for the entire world to see over the next hundred years (suggestions welcome).

I sort of like the longitude and latitude idea; sort of like a treasure hunt. It's like my brother says of this place, "Deliverance without the river"!

I know the first time I came out, I drove by it at least 3 times before I finally figured it out.

I'll be happy to have people follow me down.

I have typed up directions; I can cut and past and shoot them out via PM too.

It's not that bad, how lost can you get in just 4 miles from I-83?
