Let's see if they publish my comment.

A few years back they had 60 something sponsors for a constitutional carry bill but sadly it never got anywhere. Well at least they're trying

Was great chatting with you over breakfast and walking the building with you. Where the heck is Room 210 again!?!? I don't think I could find it again if I tried.
I was impressed with them, I never seen the NRA go to bat with my local reps like that, I need to suck it up and get a lifetime membership to the GOA. Yeah I actually had a good time hanging with you guys, at first I viewed this event as a chore but the time spent with fellow POOFA members made it into an enjoyable experience. The only thing that did suck was finding that Room 210 but like I said, at least we got our cardio for the day. I will have to join the next group shoot as it would be nice to spend time with POOFA members before the next protest.

If it did happen, over in the old part of the building on the 4th floor after we visited with Adams County Rep Dan Moul, we passed by an office near the elevator where there was a (I believe) black female assistant yelling at one of "our" guys. He raised his voice and said "I own a shotgun". I'm guessing that was a Democrat Rep's office.

I do not know what they were arguing about but it sounded testy.

OF&U, LifeinPA and I heard the exchange as we passed by. I slowed down and tried to listen for a second.
I remember that, I couldn't get the jist of the argument though, I wonder if that argument had anything to do with that mention in the news?
Sanity, yours if you can keep it.....

    they got arrested.
i thought we shared something in common with them, hating all the money in politics but apparently they might've been wackadoos.

those are the only "problems" i am aware of that day.

Ah, I heard about that. The news video made it sound like it had something to do with our group the way they presented it. I'm sure it was done that way on purpose.

All told, 17 demonstrators were arrested on Monday, including eight in the House chamber and nine in a separate demonstration that blocked the rear Capitol entrance, a Capitol Police spokesman said.

All were given a citation for disorderly conduct and released, except for two who were taken to a county booking center because of warrants for previous protest-related arrests, police spokesman Stephen Rudman said.

March on Harrisburg spokeswoman Emmie DiCicco said 20 were arrested and the two taken to booking were expected to face misdemeanor charges.

DiCicco said the group is targeting the House because it believes there's a better chance of getting legislation through the chamber. The Senate has a separate gift-ban bill pending in committee.

Yeah, actually it does "matter the party".

The democrat party is 95% socialists who want to deny all individual rights. The republican party is probably 1/3 strong constitutionalists, 1/3 moderates and 1/3 socialists. So, if you want to take the express train to Hell, go ahead. Just don't drag me with you.

The Republican party is significantly more conservative today than it was, even a decade ago. The trend is in the right direction. Same with the PA General Assembly. We have a smaller majority than last session, but the people we have are more conservative.

Yes, party does matter. If it didn't, we'd have become NJ a long time ago.

I can say that after speaking with Dave Maloney from my district that he is strong 2A but I will keep an eye on what he does. I doubt that there are any strong 2A proponents in the Democratic party and they are chock full of 2A opponents. Ironically they tout themselves as fighting for our Constitution when it comes to their assault on Trump.

LOL dude the PA GOP is not the best, but lets be real here. If Dems had a majority right now we'de be living under the same or worse laws than NY/NJ. Have you seen some of the bills the dems have put forward the last few years?
