I agree with you, but it may matter to the State legislators that we are trying to get/keep on our side. That article attempts to smear Metcalf, who as I understand it, probably DGAF. But that’s not every legislator. Name-calling and feelz are the major tools for liberals because logical thinking often escapes them.

Add to this the regular folks who got doxxed, for example, for attending the Charlottesville rally by ProPublica and others. Many lost their jobs, death threats, etc.

Lesson #1 The media will never, never cover us fairly so don't even wonder if they might. They won't.

Lesson #2 Many spineless R's run and hide from us when the media is around. That's just how it is. Talk with those types when they are in their "safe place".

The good news is that while we have fewer R's in the House & Senate, the ones we have are more conservative (read as pro-2A). We shed a bunch of RINOs but we have a D for a governor who will veto any pro-gun bill. And, we do not have a veto-override majority. We'd need about 25 D's in the House to override. That may be possible on the right bill, but it is definitely a long-shot. . . very long for sure.
