    Default BB gun purchase

I just recently moved to PA and still have my NJ drivers license. I would like to purchase a BB gun at walmart but I was wondering if my NJ license might interfere with that if they check for age or if they need to check it if I need to have it shipped there.

Welcome to America where no ID is required to buy a BB gun. My 13yr old just bought one for his 11yr old sister, no ID required.

Hmmm, has this been revoked? : https://law.justia.com/codes/pennsyl.../section-6304/

It says that air rifles or pistols may not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age in Pa.

It was in the handbook they gave you for newly freed slaves. Same time they took of the anti anything they don't like explosive neck collar.
