IIRC when you take 191 to where it meets the Delaware, there is or was some top notch trout fishing. If you're into that sort thing.
Please elaborate. I'm into trout fishing big time.

There is a stretch (West Branch) from what I recall that was trophy trout fishing. Float trips are a big deal through that area.
I had a friend with a float boat, and we either put in or took out near a bridge with a Pa 191 sign posted (or to Pa 191).
It was over 20 years ago now, but I believe it was fly fishing only (maybe just artificial lure), catch and release. Great fishing if you can catch a good hatch.

Oh, I see no point in catch and release. I do catch and eat ))

    But thank you.

That's why the fishing is good.

Not really, and this is just thought for now. The prices I've seen vary so much for the same type house, it's crazy.

For me it's more of what I'd like to have. One floor, (and a basement) at least 2 bedrooms, more than one bathroom, a garage, something beside electric heat.

I highly recommend putting in a wood stove, or insert, at least for emergencies. Even if a whole house backup generator is on the table.
Budget for at least a good size generator, and transfer switch.
