I misunderstood the question, but you do need a tax stamp which is 205.00, when you buy a silencer. You can then use that silencer on any of you guns.
Yes, we can thread the barrel also.

I met Jerry when he was the gunsmith at the old Bridgeport Gun Club. He knows what he's doing!
