Do you let these types of marks bother you in guns that you intended for carry and defense? I’ve seen pics of M9s in the service, and they look downright thrashed.

Doesn't bother me at all. If it's gonna get carried , it's gonna get a few beauty marks. It does show why I generally dislike aluminum frames. They nick/dent/scratch easy and there's not a really good cover-up.

Jayzuss, you're picky. If I wouldn't feel it (and, based on the photo, I wouldn't), I would never give that a 2nd thought. Or a 1st, for that matter.
