    My check was cashed on 1/03/2019 after it was delivered on 12/26/2019. Somebody is working at the ATF.

    This is posted in the AR15 Suppressor forum: There are currently no Form 4's or Form 1's being processed. NFA Examiners and their associates are deemed non-essential personnel and are not working during the shutdown.

    I agree ... everyone associated with NFA processes are non-essential.
