Pocket pistols under $300
I was never looking at this category until recently. They come in either 32 or 25 caliber. I suppose some 380s and 9mm are also in that category but I am really talking pocket. The benchmark seems to be the Seecamp but I dont want to spend $450. What else is out there?

Have you considered the Ruger LCP?

Re: Pocket pistols under $300
For price and light weight, Ruger LCP or KelTec - they are pretty inexpensive new and even cheaper used, they pretty much disappear in your pocket. NAA Guardians are heavier and close to the $400 range if you can find them. The New Sig 365 is very nice, but pricier...

Re: Pocket pistols under $300
LCP is larger than what I like. The smallest gun I have is a P-64. Many would consider it for concealed carry but I think it's still too large.

I easily carry a bodyguard .380 in a wallet holster in my pocket.

You must be an old fart too because I don't think anyone under 40 has even heard of a Seecamp. Do they still make/sell them?
I think after the KelTec P32 and then 3AT hit the market, the Seecamp became obsolete.
I have both of the KelTecs and I'd never want a Seecamp. (I've handled one decades ago)
I won't pocket carry though, so maybe I'm missing the appeal.

Re: Pocket pistols under $300
My LCP I and LCP II were both flawless.
You can get a Kahr CM 9 for a bit more than 300 new, or less than 300 used. Which reminds me, I keep forgetting to put mine up for sale since it's retired due to the P365.Life has a melody. Not great, not terrible.

Re: Pocket pistols under $300
The smallest that I can think of are the NAA mini's .22 - Hell, you could put one on a keychain... I have one, it;s a neat novelty item that works. My problem with it is that at the range where you can it something with it quickly, you are better served by a quick opening knife. (I CAN put all 5 shots on a paper plate at 5 yard, but that's slow and trying hard...) I have the KelTec p-32 - it's a little smaller than the LCP, very thin and light, but you don't see them as much as the P3AT or the LCP, and ammo is much more expensive. Not sure where you live but if you are near Elizabethtown PA you are welcome to try mine at Trop...
