This is how it's done in N.J.
All that's needed is a judge to sign off on a warrant.

D.V. trumps all in N.J. there is no due process when it's cited.
Actions like this have been taking place for years.

I wonder how many more of these confiscations will occur; before the victims start shooting at the police ?

A man in Maryland was shot and killed when the swat team showed up to steal his property.

Dont worry, Marco Rubio with the rest of the neocons is working real hard to make Red Flag laws a national thing:

The police could only do this with a Judge signing a warrant. The judge needs to be taken to task for this kind of thing. The High Impact video guy is an annoying douche.

After thinking about it for a while because this misuse of red flag laws is disturbing. I have come to the conclusion that this is an opportunity to use their own words against them. This is a very effective method of putting a stop to unreasonable behavior. These politicians and police all have children and relatives that say some things that can be construed as a threat just as this teenager had. How much time would it take to make reports about threats coming from the mouths of the children and relatives of local and state politicians that support these red flag confiscations?

It's time to stop whining about be victims and put your time to good use fighting back. Use their own tactics against them, spur them into a fight for their own rights. This Judge that signed the warrant for seizure was unnecessary as UJ had already pointed out. What if the nephew or son of that judge had made threats and someone overheard it? Remember when the US Supreme Court decided Kelo? Probably not but activist soon went after Justice Souter's property to be seized for development. This is how it's done instead of being a perceived victim by some douche on You Tube.

And what happens if they show up to confiscate but all your firearms are gone? Are you in trouble?
