No offense, but your OP came off as a "gotcha" challenge. I'm merely pointing out that there's a reasonable case for OC, just as there's a reasonable case against. In the end, it's silly to try to discredit either one.

ok....ball busting out of the way. (THIS IS JUST MY OPINION!!!!SO, DON'T EVERYONE GET THEIR FUCKING BALLS IN A KNOT)

why are we insisting on wearing tuxedos to gunfights? seriously. learn how to be the gray man. learn how NOT to be the target.

until Christmas day, current carry rig is an m&p with a streamlight tlr 1. (caliber is optional, as I own one of each, but currently, it has been 40 consistently.) typically, as I get older, I find that, more often thatn not, it's also iwb. my wife doesn't know i'm carrying most of the time. why? simple. I conceal. open carry won't add inches to Your dick, people. it won't make anything positive happen. consequently, I see no advantage in wearing a neon billboard, so, there we have it.

when 2 asshats come in to rob giant, today, and I am shopping, they will either see me as a threat walking around like some fucking wyatt earp/paul kersey wannabe, or I will be assumed to be linked with them, when, in fact, i'm just trying to make some fucking crème brulee. either way, it ends badly for me.

don't need to add inches to my wang, or, end up ventilated with a shotgun, while i'm reaching for some fettuccine noodles.

OC, don't OC, doesn't matter to me.... I just appreciate the political statement that we have nothing to be ashamed of.

Oc is like wearing a kilt ,some dont understand some hate it but it takes balls to do either. I'd rather see oc than purse carry (since purses are targets whether or not there's a gun in it)

You will, if you Mexican carry, tied off to the scrotum with a high point on the end of the line

Tunnel vision will get more people killed than OC/CC.

Scenarios run thru the head. How about, in a store. A holdup is occurring out of your sight and sound. Police have been called. Cops come in looking for man with a gun. And there you are, OCing to your heart's content.
