Who composed the "promotional" language?

I'm not sure, when they wanted a rally NOW instead of waiting until enactment, a few of them decided to organize this. I'm not sure who wrote it. I assume Justin Dillon, who appears to be the main organizer.

Justin appears to be getting credit for the rally per the media however he said on Facebook earlier today he was just helping out the guy who started it due to him being completely overwhelmed. I think Justin runs or is apart of the open carry PA group which is how the "open carry" stigma got attached to this. It wasn't his intention to do that but of course the internet loves to hate and make connections that aren't there.
