This is why I'm trying to rally poofers together. If we get there and see a dangerous cluster fuck, we leave. We watch out for our own.

But I'm not going to sit it out, I'm going to try to help first.

Makes sense to me.

There is plenty of time to pull it together.
In just a couple days a lot more has come together

That event page looks like a cluster because as usual, and as Hodgie said, everyone has their opinion, yet none of them stepped up to organize it.

The biggest criers right now are the anti open carry types.

I have to wonder, does antifa have these little factions internally, or do they just go stand for what they believe in?

For those of us without facebook, what's going on in that event group post? If there are already problems 2 weeks out, maybe I will wait for the next rally that is PAFOA organized. I know I can trust you guys.

Eta: just saw JH's post. So it's just people complaining about OC? This is the perfect rally to OC rifles as that's exactly what they're trying to ban.

While it would be nice to believe it’s outside forces trying to sabotage this the truth is gun owners are just as big of whiny assholes as anyone else out there. It’s quite possible that we are even more because so many love to claim the high moral ground then pull this kind of shit. It seems we all might have some millennial tantrum throwing in us after all.

And no I’m not talking about anyone here specifically unless your bitching over on Facebook screwing it up for everyone else.

FWIW IMHO people are people that's why great leaders are necessary. No (large) group of people are going to all just agree and become borg. It takes good leadership.

I've never participated in/at a rally or protest. I got the feeling from here that this was well organized seeing that entities like Kaitlin Bennett are attending. I haven't been following the developments from anywhere but here however. I'm not ready to pull my name off of the list just yet but I would appreciate knowing if this turns into a shit sandwich ahead of time.

Never been FUDD or OC arguments for or against on this forum.

I'm not here because of some facebook post, I'm here because JH wants us to go. I've met him in person after he drove all the way here to BFE Rauchtown for a little group shoot, he's a stand up guy, a fellow PAFOA'er and asked us for our support and that's good enough in my book.
