Sorry, didnt expect this many responses so quick.
Unfortunatly we have a baby together. Dont have much choice . The yesdear was a name picked up from something else, before this one went on a tear. Just happened tk remember it . The crazy ones are more fun but more expensive . Lol. Anyway, i guess a lawer is in need. Still havent seen where he gets this from. They can just make up they're rules as they go. The more i think about it, the more pissed off I'm getting. Thank you all for taking the time to respond.

It's her problem though if she cant live there, he has no authority over you and personally I wouldn't be getting rid of anything. Worst case scenario, if you actually love the woman, store them off site where she has no access and tell him they are gone. He has no right to search anywhere other than her residence, as far as I know.

Talk to a lawyer about it if you want to be sure.
That may not work. All the Probation officer has to do is call the nearest PSP station and ask them to do a search of the PSP Record of Sale registry to see if the OP owns any firearms. Long guns won't be on there but handguns, Sig Braced firearms, shockwave type shotguns will. The last I heard Probation can search the premises of the one on parole / probation without a warrant.

This is simple. Move her into the storage unit. Problem solved!

Why not store them at one of your family members house?

One way or another I foresee you losing all your guns.

Honestly it doesnt matter if they check the record of sale because they never remove a gun from "your name" they only add new ones. And the PSP have a backlog of guns to be entered anywhere from 6weeks to 3 years....

IANAL. I believe that only she is on restriction (s). This means she cannot have possession of nor access to firearms. You need to talk to a lawyer to ensure if you lock yours away as mentioned earlier would suffice. What of firearms she "owns"? Do those need turned over to the sheriff or documented third party? Or would your locking them away with yours suffice?

Rules may have changed or common law marriage or children is now acceptable (maybe depends on the judge) but you used to not be allowed live-in girl or boy friends, weapons, drugs, alcohol, nor hang out with known criminals. Think of it as still being a prisoner, just outside the bars. One also must have and keep regular employment. I am sure it varies by jurisdiction and government level etc.

It's a pain but it's voluntary. They do check-up on you or are supposed to verify periodically. Probably a lot more rules like travel restrictions etc. Beats being locked-up with a bunch of bored animals (predators) IMHO. Good Luck.
It is you. You have all the weapons that you need. Now fight. --Sucker Punch

Your right and wrong. They don't remove firearms you have owned but it does lists whether or not you still own it. . However I had an opportunity to see the output of a query made on that system. For every firearm it lists the serial number, make, barrel length, & caliber and the owners name. In addition there is a "OWNER" block after that there is either "Y" or "N" , mean yes if you still own it or no if it has been transferred. If the owner transfers the firearm at an FFL, when PSP gets the information from the FFL they adjust the seller's information to N for the "OWNER " block and add the firearm to the buyers list and mark "Y" for the buyer. I don't know about the backup.

So, what you're saying is, it's a registry...
