In addition there is a "OWNER" block after that there is either "Y" or "N" , mean yes if you still own it or no if it has been transferred. If the owner transfers the firearm at an FFL, when PSP gets the information from the FFL they adjust the seller's information to N for the "OWNER " block and add the firearm to the buyers list and mark "Y" for the buyer. I don't know about the backup.
Its been a decade since I saw a printout but that one did not have the yes or no block.

I'd tell the P.O. to fuck off.

As others have said, call Gunlawyer, pay him for an hour or two of his time, and find out exactly what you are required to do, and whether locking them in a safe or locked cabinet in your home is sufficient. Then post back and tell us because we're all dying to know!
PS, recent pics of girlfriend would help us provide better advice on how to proceed!

You're not too far from me. I have my LTCF so I can pick them up and bring them to my house for safe keeping. Problem solved.
You are a straight white man. You don't get to be the victim, sweetie.

You really should know what she signed off on before you propose that offer.

Probation and parole are a total different animal.

I made the post to clarify a point. That is; any firearm a person bought (mine went as far back as 1986) is listed on the registry under that person’s name. Those firearms will remain under that person’s name for life even if that person legally transfers any of them. Therefore USMC3531 is correct when he posted

Honestly it doesnt matter if they check the record of sale because they never remove a gun from "your name" they only add new ones. And the PSP have a backlog of guns to be entered anywhere from 6weeks to 3 years.
However I pointed out that on each gun listed there is a Y/N block indicating whether that person still owns the gun. In other words, even though the list may keep growing there is a mechanism in place to indicate whether a person still owns each of the guns on the list.
I have no idea how current or accurate the system is, although I don’t believe it’s back up as far as three years.

Regardless, his girlfriend can't sign away his rights. It's her problem.
