Growing up, fast food was 'Jimmy's on the Delaware' usually consumed sitting in the back seat of the old oldsmobile....

didn't get to Yoccos until high school.....

Jimmy's on the Delaware, man forgot about that one. During my misspent youth the drinking age in PRNJ was 18, PA was 21. Before I turned 21 many a weekend evening was spent commuting between the valley and Phillipsburg. Sometime's the evening ended with a stop at Jimmy's for sustenance before the drive home. First time I had a pickle on a dog. Good times.

Yup, we go in the summer all the time.

The Canal Cup is pretty good too. It's a few miles above Rieglesville, across the street from the river.

I turned 18 in September and celebrated the next January in a bar p'burg along with most locals and every college kid east of Reading.

Specifically the Browns Terrace section of Raubsville. Originally Huntsickers, same family owned the gas station too. We used to live in a cottage behind the concrete ornament guy in the 50's
