A former New York top cop was just on Tucker going on about how the law will also affect off duty cops who reside in Jersey and carry guns with higher capacity magazines.

The problem isn’t off duty LEOs can’t carry mags that hold more than 10 rounds. The problem is citizens cannot possess mags that hold more than 10 rounds.

It really pisses me off when people hide behind keeping law enforcement safe for pushing more gun control. If you lock up shit heads for long periods of time, then THAT will cause the crime rate to go down.

Yep. Mr mental health advocate who voted for the enhanced duty to warm law that actually makes people more resistant to telling providers they are suicidal for fear of legal repercussions.

Didn’t they try confiscating the prohibited guns and ammo a few years back in the surrounding Boston suburbs, in the cities of Lexington and Concord?

How did that work out for them?
