    Suggestions on how to replace my license to carry card. Originally issued in Chester Country, I now reside in Berks County, thanks

    You know it was stolen and not just misplaced? I would go to the Berks sheriff and get a new one and have them report the old one stolen.

    Yes, as stated talk to the Berks Sheriff's office. They are easy to deal with.

    Go to the Reading Airport office. Much easier than going to the Court House downtown.
