Interesting new (to me) fact. Even discharge is not allowed according to a case mr Prince litigated. This is the one thing I've always thought local govt could regulate. Tons of municipalities have ordinances that regulate discharge.

They could still get you for a noise violation or reckless behavior.

But read your local ordinance, you might be surprised by what is allowed.

In my locale, discharge is generally prohibited (guns, sling shots, archery, everything) but in the exceptions it says it doesn't apply to people operating in an otherwise safe and prudent manner or somesuch language.

So if I start taking archery practice across the neighbors backyard without his permission as his kids are playing - that's no bueno and in violation of the discharge law (along with a whole host of others)

But if I set up haybales and shoot into the hill behind my house, the ordinance wouldn't apply.

Same thing applies to firearms, but that's not the kind of attention I really want to bring on myself or subject my neighbors to the noise.

Which is why I brought it up about the conspiracy to violate state law when I talked to my rep the other day. Perdildo is conspiring with other mayors to violate the law.

Just curious as to what reception you received to the suggestion? This is all bad, but the thing that really got me motivated was the brazen contempt of the law by elected leaders. I had initially thought it would be sufficient to just fight in out in court, but joined the rally camp specifically because of Wolf's conduct.

And we are now supposed to obey them? Just why?
