This. There may be nuance that we let them get away with, but I'm not willing to go after it on Monday lol.

There are courtrooms in this building. I think that's where people draw the line. Does that mean they can block off the entire building? I dunno.

    ^^^this^^^

There are Court facilities in the building evidently. Same reason they make you check your Firearms at the Capitol building in Harrisburg.

well, I'll be able to say "I know that guy!" when you make the local news!

That's awesome and it's too bad everyone wasn't wearing them.

Not sure, but I do believe the local TV news coverage is trying its best to be an impartial observer on this (which is what they should be). I'm thinking they understand the liberal agenda doesn't play too well in Western Pennsylvania.

Technically, the courtroom and "adjoining corridors" fall under the ban. I think you and I could look at a floor plan and quickly agree that most of the building did NOT meet that definition. As noted, a SINGLE remaining courtroom is used to make the entire Capitol building a "court facility".

IMO, the way to go in Pittsburgh is to just acknowledge the ban, and have 5, or 10, or 50 folks ask to check their firearms so they can be in full compliance with the law (like we do).
