This. And be on the offensive, not the defensive. Send certified letters to council and the police notifying them that the law is illegal under state law. Record people at an OC march telling the police the arrest is illegal. Sue the crap out of all of them for violating civil rights under the color of law. Take the DA and AG to task for not enforcing state laws. Make them hurt.

Maybe, in solidarity for their patriotism.

    Should wear blaze orange vests.

You know... because the second amendment is about hunting.

One thing you left out, show up at the Council meeting, when it's brought up, "Point of Order", "This individual has just committed an ethical and criminal violation. By presenting this, they have also just placed everyone in the room in jeopardy of conspiracy charges. Conspiracy to violate Commonwealth laws, and Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights under color of law. I DEMAND the Council censor and take appropriate Disciplinary actions. Solicitor, as an officer of the court I am disappointed in you, you realize by your inaction you CAN loose your license to practice? Officers, as a witness to the attempted violation Of PA Preemption law, and not doing your duty, I WILL be filing an official complaint with the Department", Since it's a point of order, the parliamentarian MUST recognize you, according to Roger's rules. Putting them on this type of notice may scare some (most) of them straight. Make sure to follow through in complaints you stated to make against the solicitor and the police officers present.

Unfortunately FOAC, like the NRA insist on doing things through legislative means, which means we loose our "Rights" for decades while it goes through the process, which also means we most like never get them back. Yes, it took 8 F'n years to get the Castle Doctrine. and for every step we go forward we are pushed back 5 steps.. It wasn't until a bunch of us had Open Carry rallies and protests with some having to defend themselves in court, that people started recognizing OC is legal..

I am all for OC walks through Pittsburgh. I have done it before and will most likely do it again.

There is a reason why people who try to represent themselves in court and not hire a lawyer, get what they pay for.

Here's a quick mock up of a flag suggestion. Obviously needs a little ummmm refinement.
