    Police arrested habitual open carry AR guy and 302d him, claimed they had testimony from friends that he was unstable.

    Yes, here's the route you're required to take. First go through the Squirrel Hill, then down and across the Fort Pitt, come back across the river and through the Liberty, then back through the Squirrel Hill. Cut up through Squirrel Hill and follow Forbes into Downtown.
