Of course... my point is that without ammunition, your rifle is relegated to a “wall hanger”, (i.e., antis should change their strategy from gun control to ammunition control).

They are doing that. California has already done it. Watch other Communist Hell Hole states to follow suit.

They can't stop the drugs so what makes them think they can stop the ammo. Just more "feel good" laws that do nothing.

It does do something but it has nothing to do with what they say it's for.

So where are the details on how you pass a mental health exam? Did they even bother to think about it?

This is beating the innocent to punish the guilty.

I have friends in Michigan. This won't be popular in Lansing.

They can "enforce" the law at legal gun stores. They might be able to stop Online ammo sales.

People can buy Marijuana, Meth, Bath Salts, Heroin, Oxys, Fentanyl..... those are laws which are heavily enforced. The NSA gives intercepts to the DEA. Civil Forfeiture steals private property "associated" with "drug crime", no convictions necessary. People go to jail for longer for drug commerce than for rape, some kinds of murder, manslaughter. People still buy the shit and use the shit.

This law is pointless and stupid. It's like beating your dog because your cat pissed on the sofa.

Maybe the people who proposed and promoted this law need a mental health check? Delusions of grandeur.
