    Imagine if a Municipality refused to administer Narcan to people that OD.

    Is there a legal requirement for a municipality to administer Narcan? The police have no legal requirement to protect us, EMTs have no legal requirement to save us, fire companies/departments have no legal requirement to put out our house fire.

    You're thinking short term. If they keep them alive, they'll vote Dem for the next 50 years PLUS another 40 years after they die of natural causes. You need to think like a Dem.
