This is just the first hearing on them. I'm going to record what they say. Public comment on these specific ordinances will be later, but we'll jump in if we can.

I believe, in theory, that if the County DA refuses to act then he/she/it has state why, in writing. Also, in theory, one might (and that's a pretty big might) be able to get a Writ of Mandamus to force the County DA to act.

It is not street level.. a multi sponsor bill submitted Oct 2018, is right now in Judicial Review to remove preemption regarding Firearms in PA.. this Pandora's box would allow every council in PA to enact gun control of their desires..

IIRC the ones who withdrew were Darlene Harris and Theresa Kail Smith.
