The entire public comment period was an hour or so of people wanting handouts. They often introduced themselves as members of such and such social justice society.

They don't want to become Seattle so they want handouts like housing, a new roof, and basic income.

It is not street level.. a multi sponsor bill submitted Oct 2018, is right now in Judicial Review to remove preemption regarding Firearms in PA.. this Pandora's box would allow every council in PA to enact gun control of their desires..
We must support Preemption while killing these stupid Pittsburgh ordinances

This is the sneak attack they are going to use to unravel everything and turn it into NJ.
