    If someone used justifiable deadly force her in PA, regardless if the suspect is dead or survives, I would anticipate the investigating police will clear it with the district attorney's office. I would think it would be up to the DA to decide if the deadly force was justified. That's why gun owners shouldn't ignore DA elections and find out where the DA candidates stand on use of force and stand your ground laws.
