So basically, Trump voters who are de facto homophobic, Islamophobic, racist, misogynistic, bigoted deplorables would be targeted. Or anyone who supports a border wall or smaller government.

Being racist or profane is not illegal, just frowned upon. Not enough to remove a basic right.
All this to protect black 85 year old Jewish lesbian transgenders with one leg from Brazil.
Yep, that is the whole point of the law. Again, it is not possible to infringe on the Second Amendment without infringing the rest of the Bill of Rights. The Democrat Party is the Party of tyranny and fascism. The Constitution is to them a road bump on the highway to dictatorial power and the evisceration of a individual rights and freedom.

See. I did not use profane slurs, advocate violence or do anything else but exercise a First Amendment right. Somehow, I think the Democrat governing regime in NY would find a way to deny me a firearm based on that comment alone.

They are not naïve, they know exactly what they are doing with this one more attempt to deny people their 2nd Amendment rights. One has nothing to do with the other.

Being naive has nothing to do with it. It' the fact that one city in the state dictates what the rest does.
If PA isn't careful Philly will do it to us.

Philly, PBurg, Harrisburg and Scranton are doing it to us. A partisan and unjust Democrat Supreme Court assures that it will continue.

Works for me. Hope they pass it, and causes all sorts of issues. Nothing will ever change for the better until shit hole states like NY get the blow back they deserve.

Yea, and when all the Pocano transplants tip the scale in PA to more like NY, you will get this nonsense too.

As far as I'm concerned, this is just the 21st Century equivalent to housing troops in your home so you won't be guilty of fomenting sedition.

In reality, it's the justification for it.

Pa is a lost cause. We're going down the same drain. I won't live here when it happens. Let the libs have it. They deserve it.
