I Need help. With WW2 machine gun

I can figure out the type of LMG I have. It looks like a MG34 but has a musszle break on the end of the barrel not the flaired barrel. It also looks to take a clip not belt fed. It has SIG stamped by the butt.

I can’t help you with the question per se..... but pictures might help those who can. The more pictures and the more details you can include will help.

If you are are not sure how to post pictures, this is the easiest way I know assuming you have a camera on a smart phone or a tablet.

Take lots of pictures.

1. Go to the site postimage.org
2. Click "choose images"
3. Choose Photo library
4. Pick the picture or pictures you want.
5. Click done
6. Choose "hot link for forum" choice.
7. Copy the links it gives you.

Back in the pafoa reply box:

7. Paste the hot link and you will be set

How does one come across a legally transferable Machine Gun that costs 10’s of thousands of dollars without knowing what it is?
