The civilian models imported are semi auto.
In Switzerland yes you can pick up a STG 57 for a couple hundred bucks. They are very common still there on the ranges. Many of the matches there have over a thousand participants, some ranges can accommodate over a 100 or more on the line. Just saw photos on Facebook from a recent match at Rutli and the STG 57 was very common on the line.

with no bolt, quick sell $1700ish
Doing these in semi isnt a hard task , Finding overlapping pieces to make a new receiver is. that middle section is the part that usually got ditched. BUT sometimes hunks do come up for sale and are very $$$$$a slow death awaits you,but not before love reminds you that there is good in you

Not really.
Firearm ownership and carry is at the will of the state.
They don't have the equivalent of our 2A.Crusader's local #556 South Central Asia chapter
