You should have bought it, could have sold it at a handsome profit. I had a chance to buy a Class 3 M60 for 10k back in the 80's, if I knew then what I know now I would have bought all the C3 I could afford.

And the guy was selling a brand new "delta" ar/15 for the same price.
The delta was a special ar15, it had a red triangle on the stock if I recall.
Never heard of them before.
As for NFA, a friend passed up a west hurly tommy gun for 4k back in late 90s early 2000s

Gets worse. Westys routinely went for under $800.00 in the young 80's.
