Default C&R FFL requirements in PA

Other than filing with the ATF, notifying the local CLEO, and keeping a bound book (along with exchanging FFL #'s during transfers etc.), does Pennsylvania require any other license to go with the C&R, like the PA License to Sell Firearms? From everything I've read, the answer is no, but wanted to be certain. It's for this reason that C&R holders can't use PICS etc. correct?

No that is it, just make sure you keep good records of what comes in and what goes out.

Yes , you must keep a bound book. You can usually find the ATF-approved Acquisition & Disposition books Brownells sells to FFLs at gun shows from book sellers. I think they're $3.00.

And you must record on your 3yr renewal form how many firearms you acquired and disposed of .

I got this from Amazon which I believe fulfills the requirement. If not, I'll just purchase another.

Looks good. They also have (had?) a guide on how to properly format any bound book. I used to use US Govt logbook. There was talk about software for going all digital.

Since when did you have to notify the CLEO? I never heard of that one. Just apply, make copies, keep your bound book straight and your good to go.
