Astute observation. Maybe not the right guy but the rest of it fits, it was Sunday night 11/25/2018 @ 2121 that he did it.

    ETA: Correct Game Commission officer.

IF the officer wrote the wrong date on the ticket and he gets it before it goes before a judge, can the ticket be withdrawn and reissued?

That citation is for Section 2503 of Title 34, Loaded firearm in, on, or against a motorized vehicle. This doesn't look like the incident in question in this thread !

I do agree but this is the only case that fits the age, township and officer involved. I would also expect the perp to be tagged with more charges. Would there be a reason for an 11/25 incident to not post yet but 11/26 does?

Yep. Your incident is much more complex than a simple loaded gun incident. I'm sure your incident is still being investigated, with a bunch of charges filed within a week or so. Don't worry, it will be taken care of in due time !

Got his license number and he took off. He was mad at me for disrupting him as he needed this meat to eat, he's on disability. His car was a late model Subaru of some sort. I told him to sell his car and go buy some food. If he's on disability how's he going to get that thing out of there?
on disability, what''s he using those food stamps for?

report him and put our fees to work. f'em. have to wonder if he wasn't caught if he was one of those that strips the choice cuts and leaves the rest on the ground.
what happened to the deer, 'yote food?

my post is somewhat outdated, i tried to read more and drink less but i got the two confused.
can PGC handle this within the bureaucracy without criminal charges? if so, they wouldn't show up in dockets.

It lists 26 as date of offense, we'll have to sit tight and see what else come up.

Neighbor's friend came and got it, GCO inspected and detected it and let him keep it. He said that the way it was shot a lot of meat was spoiled in the kill. Once I have him nailed down I intend to pursue the disability aspect. Welfare fraud is one of my pet peeves.
