Under the new rule, bump stock owners would be required to destroy or surrender the devices to authorities. Members of the public will be given 90 days to turn in or otherwise discard their bump stocks, according to a source familiar with the final rule.

From what little I have read, it still says multi-shot from a single trigger pull. That is not how bump stock works. I see this going to court and maybe being overturned. And what no grandfather clause? If they actually get this rule past then once the Dems get into office, you will start seeing calls for mandatory gun turn-ins.
