Cabelas Black Friday Sale In Hamburg PA

Cabelas is having their Black Friday sale this Friday and that includes their Hamburg location. I know, I know, this has been discussed before, Cabelas is not a good place to buy guns because you will be paying too much, well even if you don't buy guns at Cabelas there is lots of other good stuff you can get there and at good prices, and with their Black Friday sale you might even get good deals on some guns. So anybody plan on going? I plan to be there. From my experience its best to be there really early and by that I mean one o'clock in the morning or earlier. You have to be there early enough if you want to get a chance of winning some of the prizes they give away, and even if you don't win one of their featured prizes you can still get $10 store credit.

Why dont car dealers have a Black Friday Sale like the first 5 people to show up at 3 am get the new car for half the sticker price ?

Black Friday stopped being an event years ago. It's just another marketing term now, like Presidents Day. The days of people camping outside Best Buy for two days are long gone. Doorbuster specials aren't very special any more.

My wife and I will probably head down to the Cabelas in Triadelphia, WV Friday morning. Not necessarily looking for anything but we like going down to Cabelas - usually once or twice a month.

Its a pet friendly store - we take our Boston with us.
Its a pro gun store - we try to support these stores whenever we can, fewer and fewer each day.
It gives a chance to get out.

Or I could sit at home and watch Football - NOT!
