    Default Eurooptics.com

Dunno if this is the right place but has anyone else had problems with this company?
I am not going to say don't buy from them , Just be careful. I am waiting to see how they handle this before making a positive or negative review. I bought a Armalite Ar059 A1 from them and picked it up at my local FFL, The gun is new so they say and I believe it was , But I believe it might of been a display model and they did not tell me this. Its dirty and all scratched up. Normally I would of refused the gun but being these are hard to find new and the price was good I took it home. But I have emailed them and waiting for a response from them. When you buy a gun over $2800 you would like it to come in nice and new when you were told its "NEW". I had another Ar-50 and when it came in it was in new condition in a plastic bag in a cardboard box.. This gun was not in plastic so I know its been out of the box at one time.

******UPDATE****** Just recived 2 messages from them. So far so good.
    "Hello Jason,
I am sorry you were not contacted yet.
My customer support team is looking into the issue and I am sure they will be in touch on Monday. They just do not work over the weekend. They should have at least sent you an email letting you know they received your message, so I apologies that they did not.
We just received these rifles from Armalite, so it must have been shipped to us that condition. My customer support specialist will be in touch on Monday to offer options. If you do not hear from him on Monday, please feel free to follow up with me.
    Best regards,
    K***"

    And

"Jason, I feel terribly about the condition this rifle is in. It is horrendous and something we have never seen Armalite send to us. This rifle was discontinued, but two weeks ago they offered us two more out of the blue. We took them and expected them to be brand new guns in perfect condition. This does not appear to be the case and is very disappointing. I have forwarded this info to our Customer service Rep. Ari and he will be in touch to find a solution first thing on Monday when he is back in the office."

I've wiped the gun down in these pictures and the rub and scratches are not coming off. I thought it was from the cardboard and would come off but no dice.

You should have refused the gun at the FFL and had it sent back then.

Accepting the gun in the condition it was in and then trying to fix the situation is not the way to go.

Ouch! That looks like a lot of scratches there and getting that unexpectedly bites. I hope you can come to an agreement that satisfies you.

2 reasons I took the gun, One I've been looking for awhile for a new AR-50 ,they no longer make them you can't find them new anyplace. Two: I thought it was just cardboard like dust that would wipe off with hoppes but its not.

They have always been great to me. I’m sure they’ll take care of this.

I'm guess that you'll be in somewhat of a pickle if they tell you to send it back and they'll refund your money. Then what will you do with one of the only chances to own an unshot piece like that?
