Anyone else hate the new tree stand regulations for public land?

No. Seriously. I can assure you that you will put yourself at risk for litigation if someone falls out of your stand.

Is it on game lands or on DCNR lands? I know some forest districts who yank stands in the spring and summer if they find them up. Report the stand if it's up after season. That way the warden or rangers can come back and yank it, or they can find the person in the stand the next season and fine them for leaving it up the prior season. What public land is it on anyways?

State Game lands. Ive found 6 so far. Only two are permanent stands.
