Sig P 365 take down reassembly

Afer reassembly, the take down lever wont return to the up position, and both the spring and bbl stick out of the receiver about 1/2", bbl won't come close to firing pin. WF did I do? Is this fixable or will it require a return. Unable to post pics, if you text me at 215-801-4181 I'll seen a picture.

Push up on the slide release and you'll be able to flip the take down lever into position. It's a little funky until you get used to it.
