No need for two trips to to get your LTCF. Berks County processes the application while you wait a mere matter of minutes. I went to the Reading Regional Airport, there is a Sheriff's Office there. Easy in, easy out, parking is plentiful and free. Do check the Berks County Sheriff's web page for days and hours, the office at the airport is not open for LTCF processing everyday.

Thanks for that info. Good to know it's not all as cumbersome as Media, Pa, but unfortunately for me since I live in Delaware, Media is the closest Sheriff's office (that I know of).

Got my Utah renewal notice today. ‘Passport style photo’ means what exactly? I’m assuming head and shoulders, no hats, glasses, smile, and a plain background. Can my wife shoot the pic or do I have to go to Walgreens?

Since I renewed my passport just a couple months prior to the expiration of my Utah permit.
When I was at the post office applying for my passport and getting photos taken; I had the post office take a second set of photos to use for my Utah permit.

Your wife can shoot it as long as it meets the requirements that ett posted.

Applied for my renewal online on Sunday Nov. 25th. Received my new card today. 8 days. Again I must say, it's a very streamlined process.

Mine came today as well. filed it 11/26.
I took a selfie pic against the hallway wall and they accepted it.

Mine came today. What a good renewal process. It took 11 days but there was 2 weekends and Christmas in between.
