    That's what I was thinking.

I can't 100% be certain of the source of the person selling. But its pretty obvious when people are calling you out, and the item is removed.
The Man may have stepped in and closed the add for the out of country seller since they were selling 100% completed unregistered post-sample machine guns. Which in this case, the back plate is considered the machine gun per ATF regs.
The Man may have been the "out of country seller".

There are piles of Airsoft replica shit for sale all over the place. Some items fit, and function on real weapons, others are just plastic shit.
If i recall, this was "meant" for an Airsoft Glock. But it looked 100% real.

How much do you want to tighten the strap on the aluminum hat?
Only speculation and internet guessing on my end with how fast things went with that particular sale add. Maybe a few days and it was gone, but it had a pile of hilarious comments.

Would the entrapment be any different if you met some random dude in a parking lot that drove a black Dodge Charger with a MaDuce in his trunk for sale?
Just because you are ignorant of the law doesnt mean you are off the hook.

Do i agree with any of it regarding NFA. Not one bit.
Do i follow the laws placed befor us. Absolutely. I like to shoot and build cool shit, and I dont want to go to prison lol

Quick search and i found a screen grab from last year, and TFB link.
Ive built a number of these, that one looks legit functional.

"Entrapment" is when the govt uses excessive duress to cause someone to commit a criminal act that they would not have committed if it were not for the govt pushing them. Courts mostly hate "entrapment" defenses.

However, if the govt openly sells something on Amazon, a reasonable person might assume that it's not a felony in every state (sort of like the folks selling switchblades openly at the Harrisburg gun show, with state cops all over the place). Further, if the govt is the ONLY seller of these, I don't see how anyone would be using them if it were not for the govt act.

Is that the Only definition, excessive duress?
Would the crime have taken place without the envelopment of the governments (FedCityState).
The government created a situation where an otherwise law abiding citizen would commit an offence.

This is how I see it and is what I believe but believing is not knowing and does not make it fact. I have not researched it just yet.
