Same here. I've got some comp days I can use as long as I have at least a few days notice. I'm assuming if they call a special session there will be some warning.

The legislature has figured out that if they move very quickly we do not have enough time to organize a large 2A response.
So things can move much faster than they did in the past.

The process of placing bills on and off the table, in and out of committees, floor debate, and 3 considerations, all of which are supposed to slow the legislative process to allow informed input and debate, can be accelerated with parliamentary shenanigans to move bills with lightening speed.

So we will be watching and will sound the alarm as soon as we can, but be prepared to move quickly when the time comes.

It's a little premature but my State Rep Rafferty has announced that he is having a party tonight after the polls close. I'm thinking that I'll get gussied up and go partake in the festivities so he can get better acquainted with me and my ideologies.

We all need to increase our face to face contact with our legislators.
Starting our 2A lobby in Harrisburg is more or less the same idea.

After reading that thread over on reddit, I'm even more committed now. Sounds like they want to push SB17 that that traitorous POS Fontana introduced a few months back. Carbon copy of the Connecticut bill. I'd like to think there's no way that kind of bullshit would fly in PA, but who knows anymore?

I'm 3.5 hours away, but I'll do my best to be there when the shit goes down.

I know the ride is a bit long, I have a 2 hour ride myself.
We will try to divide the days to limit the travel of each person.
Some guys also ride in as a group to ease the travel a bit.

How will we know when we’re needed? Will you post it to this thread? I am hoping they won’t be pushing for more anti gun bills on the state level for awhile, I spent a lot of time down in Harrisburg after the Florida shooting and it would be nice to just enjoy shooting my firearms for awhile, without worrying about anti gun bills. It’s tiring fighting them off when you work a full time job and live 100+ miles from the capital.

But I will do it all over again and stand with you all once again to protect the rights we enjoy in this state, I don’t want PA to become like my old home, NYC...
